Libor Basl leads the Banking & Finance Practice Group in the Prague office. He is recommended as a leading finance lawyer in the Czech Republic by IFLR 1000. Mr. Basl advises on a broad range of acquisition, securities and capital market transactions.

Mr. Basl routinely focuses on privatizations and tax-driven post-acquisition restructuring, including squeeze-outs, mergers and sales of enterprise. He also assists clients in complex banking and finance matters, including the drafting and negotiation of loan and security documentation.
