She regularly provides expert legal counsel on a broad spectrum of maritime and shipping-related matters. Acting as a trusted advisor to prominent shipping companies in Cyprus, Andria supports them on various corporate and legal issues, including acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings.

In her maritime practice, Andria is also responsible for the registration of vessels under the Cyprus flag and the re-flagging of vessels to foreign flags. She also manages day-to-day operational issues for Cyprus-flagged vessels, covering areas such as crewing, security, obtaining client-requested exemptions, and addressing other legal and procedural matters that may arise.

Beyond her maritime focus, Andria advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, M&A and regulatory matters. She provides legal guidance on share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and is extensively involved in legal due diligence for transactions. Andria also manages cross-border transactions, including mergers and the re-domiciliation of companies to and from Cyprus.

She is registered with CySEC and has successfully passed the Advanced Examination.
