Ms. Anastassiou is one of the founders of the firm and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, asset and project finance and capital markets. She also has wide experience in structuring and negotiating complicated cross-border transactions including private equity deals, restructurings, acquisitions and complex financing transactions. Her clients include many institutional groups, foreign state institutions, banks, international law firms and listed companies.
Career
Ms. Anastassiou is a senior partner in the firm. She started her career working with a leading law firm focusing on intellectual property where she headed the Trade Marks Department. She then joined one of the largest law firms in Cyprus where she was the head of the litigation department. She is a senior partner in the firm heading the corporate and M&A practise of the firm.
