The employment team at OREHOVEC KIŠ ŠIMUNOVIC serves a multitude of clients concerning various labour and employment law issues. The practice are experienced in providing day-to-day employment advice on HR issues to some of the largest Croatian companies, including employee termination support, executive contract negotiation and drafting and GDPR compliance. The team also works on contentious employment work, representing clients in high-profile disputes with union representatives, and managing a broad caseload of several hundred ongoing litigation cases. Clients include multinational oil and gas businesses, and major Croatian utilities and transport firms.
