Martina Šimunović Lepoša has been a partner at the firm since 2013. As both a team member and team leader, she primarily advises and represents clients in the banking and finance sector on security, restructuring and loan repayment matters. Martina advises financial institutions and other clients on the restructuring and recovery of their claims, representing them in complex pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy, litigation and enforcement proceedings.

She also regularly provides clients with legal assistance in the areas of contract law, real estate and employment law and represents them in dispute resolution proceedings. Martina is recognised by The Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer for Banking and Finance.
