Lloreda Camacho & Co.’s real estate practice draws on the firm's procurement and infrastructure teams to advise on licensing and regulatory matters, project structuring, development work and transactions. The department is led by Carlos Carvajal, who also oversees the banking and finance, government contracting and infrastructure teams, and brings experience in both regulatory and transactional mandates. The group further draws on Natalia Soto, associate director of the environmental law area; and senior associate Santiago Garzón, who is noted for public law-related issues.
