Following the December 2024 exit of former practice head Claudia Benavides, the department is now led by María Angélica Burgos, who re-joined the firm in May 2025, following two years leading her own boutique. Rounding out the senior names is Sebastian Quintero, who was promoted to partner in May 2025, and contributes broad recent experience spanning contentious bankruptcy proceedings, constitutional litigation and shareholder disputes, among other types of mandate.
