Major Spanish firm Pérez-Llorca entered Colombia’s second-largest city in July 2025 through its merger with domestic heavyweight Gómez-Pinzón Abogados. The legacy local firm has been established in Medellín for over two decades and counts ten lawyers, including one partner, among its local team. Its long-standing practice has evolved to cover a broad spectrum of regulatory, transactional and contentious areas — clients highlight its ‘comprehensive consulting services’ — with a focus on the manufacturing, financial services, energy, infrastructure and real estate industries.
