The practice at Baker McKenzie FenXun is co-headed by a team of three: tech, media and entertainment, sport, and telecoms specialist Lex Kuo; Stephen Crosswell, who focuses on competition law and regulatory; and Zhenyu Ruan, whose practice encompasses joint ventures, tech licensing, e-commerce, and data privacy in the fashion and SaaS sectors. Grace Gao, who specialises in media and entertainment, and Dominic Edmondson, who advises on IT and cyber matters, digital media, and issues related to IP, are members of a team well-versed in the fields of gaming, fintech, big data, and social media, navigating large corporate and transactional matters as well as acting for TMT companies in disputes. Chris Jiang focuses on corporate actions and regulatory inquiries.
