Du Yue studied at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has worked at globally renowned American law firms and specializes in international trade and finance, cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, international commercial dispute resolution, among other areas. Currently, she is a partner of Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm, and the head of the Overseas Business Center and the market department.

Du Yue has provided high-quality legal services to large domestic and foreign enterprises such as Glencore Group, Magna Group, National Oilwell Varco (NOV), Lenovo Group, SMC Corporation, HOYER Group of Germany, PUMA Group, China National Nuclear Corporation, China Communications Construction Group, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ansteel Group, NetEase Group, and Huaxia Bank. She has extensive experience in international arbitration at renowned domestic and international arbitration institutions such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration, SIAC, HKIAC, CIETAC, SHIAC, and SCIA. The case she once led was selected as a typical case in the field of "Cross - border Trade, Investment and M&A Legal Services" by the Entrepreneurs Boao Forum 2024.
