Lawyer Zhao Jinghai joined Beijing Deheheng Law Firm in 2015 and serves as the senior equity partner of Beijing Deheheng Law Firm. He is currently a member of the Securities Professional Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association and an independent director of a company. As a professional lawyer in the fields of securities and capital markets, he has rich practical experience. Lawyer Zhao’s representative cases include IPO projects such as Zhiyang Innovation, Tianyang Technology, and Taipeng Intelligence, New OTC listed projects such as Seal Technology and Shengruan Technology, government and corporate bond projects such as Qilu Bank, Linyi Urban Investment, Fujian Fuqing State Investment, Laishang Bank, restructuring projects and reorganization projects such as China Base Health and Huawen Media, and provide consulting and special legal services to asset management companies such as CITIC Capital, China Cinda and other asset management companies, government holding platforms such as Shanghai State Investment and Nanjing State Investment, large and medium-sized enterprises such as China Resources Capital, Renaissance Capital, Shandong Expressway and many private equity investment funds.

Graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and Law School in 2013 with a master's degree in international law.
