Mr. Lian Yi has successively served as legal counsel to multiple companies including Dacheng International Engineering Co., Ltd., Chongqing Linyun Paper Co., Ltd., Chongqing Xinying Agriculture Co., Ltd., Chongqing Fenglin Xiushui Property Management Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Bicheng Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd. He has successively handled multiple major criminal cases, including: Lin's case of organising and leading an organised crime group; Xu De's case of organising, transporting and trafficking in drugs; Chen's case of organising, transporting and trafficking in drugs; Feng Jun's case of contract fraud; Xiong Bing's case of organising and leading a pyramid scheme; Li Gang's case of illegal fund-raising; and Wang's case of organising prostitution. He has also successively handled multiple corporate mergers and acquisitions and restructuring matters, including the merger and acquisition of Tianjin Dacheng International Engineering Co., Ltd., the restructuring and acquisition of Chongqing Linyu Urban Industrial Park, and the equity incentive plan of Chongqing Zongxue Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd.
