With ‘solid experience in tax issues’, regional law firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría is home to senior lawyers (as well as an in-house accountant), who advise on corporate and private wealth, and domestic and international tax planning and structuring. The full-service, fourteen-member practice group is also experienced in tax litigation and administrative procedures before Chile’s tax authorities, along with tax advisory work and M&A transactions.
