It also fields experts in transfer pricing, tax valuations, individual taxation, tax compliance and labour-related tax issues. Senior partner Francisco Lyon is routinely mandated by large companies and organisations to assist with high-stakes tax issues; Andrés Martínez's practice covers the corporate and international taxation aspects of M&A, project finance, and inbound and outbound foreign investments; Juan Infante's track record encompasses multi-jurisdictional transactions and administrative processes before Chile’s tax authorities; Luis Seguel leads the firm’s tax dispute and conflict resolution offering; and Alberto Cuevas has extensive experience in the application and interpretation of tax legislation in Chile. Successfully assisted Porsche Chile  with obtaining a large-value tax refund, which was linked to a merger process carried out in 2013 (namely when Porsche Chile absorbed Maco).
