The 44-strong tax group covers domestic and international tax advice, tax-related dispute resolution, corporation tax, and labour and expatriate tax services. It also fields experts in transfer pricing, capital markets, reorganisations and transaction-related tax work, including tax due diligence, acquisition structuring and financial model reviews.
