Maria Francisca has concentrated her practice on providing tax advice to national and foreign clients, in tax matters related to specific projects and transactions, as well as general tax consulting in daily local and international matters. Maria Francisca has more than 12 years of experience advising local and international clients in various matters, such as tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, foreign investment, international taxation, reorganizations and implementation of corporate structures, focusing mainly on the banking, financial, pension, insurance, energy and technology sectors. He has actively participated and worked together with local and foreign advisors in the tax planning and structuring of some of the most relevant cross-border investments and operations carried out in Chile. In addition, he has academic experience, teaching courses in the field of income tax in postgraduate programs of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Chile, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Universidad de Concepción.
