Following his March 2025 departure from the former Allende Bascuñán & Cía, Felipe Bascuñán has established seven-strong boutique Bascuñán & Cía, which focuses on energy & natural resources, public and regulatory law, corporate matters, dispute resolution and real estate (including agrobusiness). A 30-year veteran of the public law arena, Bascuñán's expertise covers the gamut of regulated sector matters including public bids and concessions, representation before regulatory authorities, administrative and judicial litigation, procurement processes and contractual negotiations; he also has a specialist niche in the agricultural sector. He is flanked by newly appointed partners Diego Miranda Reyes (public, regulatory, administrative and constitutional law – particularly with regard to the energy and natural resources sectors), and Joaquín Corvalán (who focuses primarily on administrative matters in relation to the electricity and water sectors, and also handles dispute resolution).
