The 11-strong team routinely acts in substantial lawsuits involving fundamental labour rights and trade union issues; while also assisting companies’ senior management and boards with collective bargaining. Recent mandates additionally include advice on novel legislation that is currently impacting companies, including Chile’s 40-Hour Law, along with the Karin Law, the latter obliging companies to establish protocols for the prevention of workplace-related harassment, sexual harassment and violence.
