Valentina Flen has been Counsel of Prieto since 2024.

She is part of the Labor Law and Immigration team.

She is involved in litigation before Oral Labor Courts representing clients in labor matters and also advices both national and foreign companies in both individual and collective law. At the same time, she is active in the areas of social security and immigration.

She studied law at the Universidad de Los Andes, graduating with two votes of distinctions in 2011.

Before joining Prieto, she worked as an associate lawyer in HMB Abogados.
