The sizeable, 39-strong litigation group at full-service market stalwart, Claro & Cia., regularly litigates high-stakes commercial, corporate, consumer protection, constitutional and regulatory cases before Chile’s first instance courts. The practice also acts before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and has enviable experience in a range of arbitration proceedings. Recent highlights for the group include representing Group Quiroga Moreno in litigation over the $1.4bn acquisition of Australis Seafood, the matter involving legal proceedings in the UK, Florida and Delaware.
