Tomás Kreft focuses on Litigation, Arbitration and Antitrust Law.

He was teaching assistant of Civil Law and Antitrust Law at the Universidad de Chile Law School. He was also the coordinator of the Economic Law Review of the Universidad de Chile Law School.

He joined Claro & Cia. in 2013 and became partner in 2024 . Between 2019 and 2020 he worked as a foreign associate in the Litigation Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

He is admitted to practice in Chile.
