The 11-strong litigation and arbitration department is led by Ariela Agosin, an expert in high-stakes disputes, including contentious regulatory matters, and civil and commercial arbitration, as well as competition matters, advertising, IP law, IT, and pharmaceutical regulation. The practice further includes director Francisco Fuentes, who focuses on civil, commercial, economic litigation, insolvency and business reorganisation-related judicial processes, and domestic and international arbitration. In November 2024, former director Josefa Larraín departed the firm.
