Zúñiga Campos Abogados' six-strong civil litigation group comprises experts in a range of private law disputes. The department is mandated to act at every stage of litigation, including judgement enforcement phases; while it additionally assists with arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and collective actions. Practice head Eduardo Ugarte acts in engineering project-related disputes, energy sector arbitrations, and environmental and consumer-related litigation, as well as litigation involving natural gas supply contracts, defending class actions, and contractual and non-contractual matters. The team further includes founding partner Francisco Zúñiga, who assists with constitutional litigation, free competition and administrative litigation; while senior associate Gabriela Puente is experienced in civil, commercial, labour, and natural resources disputes, particularly in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors.
