Moreover, the department gained additional depth in September 2025 with the hire of Guillermo Bobenrieth -formerly of MBC Abogados- as a partner; his practice takes in M&A, financing, foreign investment, joint ventures, corporate governance, corporate taxation, and insolvency and restructuring.
