Delivering ‘outstanding legal support’, the team’s expertise covers product liability and recalls; compliance with advertising regulations for alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food and beverages; and compliance with consumer-related information obligations. The department’s principal figures are class action specialist Rodrigo De Valdés, who also leads the dispute resolution practice in Chile; Valentina Venturelli, an expert in healthcare, life sciences, and intellectual and industrial property who is also experienced in coexistence agreements, consumer protection, advertising, and licence and distribution agreements; and Ignacio Naudon, whose disputes caseload encompasses class actions.
