The 10-strong consumer goods and retail practice at Baker McKenzie Chile is is best known for class action litigation against both SERNAC and consumer associations. Delivering ‘outstanding legal support’, the team’s expertise covers product liability and recalls; compliance with advertising regulations for alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food and beverages; and compliance with consumer-related information obligations.
