Dedicated competition specialist Sofía O’Ryan is one of the founding partners of O’SP Legal, which originally opened its doors in late 2025. With some seven years experience at the Fiscalia Nacional Economica (FNE), Chile’s competition entity, plus a further five years in private practice, O’Ryan’s expertise includes merger control, cartel investigation and prosecution, and matters related to (dominant) market position, along with both day-to-day advisory regarding local regulations and FNE negotiations. She is supported by associate Mariana Verdaguer whose practice reaches beyond competition matters into consumer law and advertising.
