The full-service practice comprises team members whose careers include working at either Chile’s Competition authority (FNE) or the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism; while key industries for the department include the infrastructure, energy, retail, real estate and payments sectors. The seven-member competition and antitrust group covers competition law compliance, pre-merger reviews, high-stakes litigation before the Competition Tribunal (TDLC) and the Supreme Court. It also represents clients in high- profile FNE investigations, and assists with the preparation of specialised antitrust compliance programmes. A former FNE anti-cartel unit head, Maria Jose Henriquez’s track record includes successfully acting before the TDLC and Supreme Court in complex cases; while at associate level, senior Diego Schaerer and Vicente Fleischmann complete the team. Since publication, Henríquez has left the firm - effective as of March 2026.
