Advised Compass Group, a major asset manager with US$37 billion AUM, on its business combination with Nasdaq-listed Vinci Partners Investments, a leading Brazilian alternative investment platform with diverse business segments spanning private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, and retirement services.
Advised long-standing client Van Eck on the launch of a closed-ended master feeder structure focused on digital assets and blockchain. The funds target private emerging companies in crypto and AI, alongside direct investments in cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi assets, smart contracts, protocol tokens, and other blockchain-based technologies.
Acted as Cayman counsel to Redwood on the establishment and launch of its new Drawdown IV investment structure.
