Benefitting on the firm’s global presence, the Ontario litigation team at Norton Rose Fulbright is well-placed to advise on multi-jurisdictional disputes. The group is co-led by two partners: James Renihan covers all aspects of commercial litigation, including employment disputes, real estate matters and franchise disputes, and Tate McLeod advises financial institutions, employers and insurers in contract and tort disputes. Orestes Pasparakis (cross-border and securities litigation) and Andrew McCoomb (crisis management and international commercial arbitration) are also noted.
