Clint leads the Cambodian Tax and Customs Practice and is based in Phnom Penh.

Clint works with a broad range of clients concerning Cambodian taxation and customs matters. Taxation issues are common across all of the practice areas and sectors that DFDL advises on, and as such, Clint works closely with M&A, Corporate, Real Estate and Restructuring Practice.

Clint has extensive experience in helping with tax registration and tax compliance, advice on tax exemption and restructuring, tax due diligence, property tax reassessment, transfer pricing report, etc.
