Career
Nitikar Nith is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Cambodia office, practicing in the corporate and commercial group. She assists local and international clients with all aspects of doing business in Cambodia, with a particular focus on market entry, corporate setup, and the ongoing regulatory requirements of businesses operating in the jurisdiction. She has extensive experience in corporate affairs and licensing, commercial transactions, commercial contracts, banking and finance, energy and infrastructure, employment, immigration and real estate.
Nitikar holds a masters degree in Commercial Law and Taxation from the University of Paris 8 Vincennes in Saint-Denis, supplementing her undergraduate law degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, jointly issued by the University of Lumiere Lyon II. She also sits as an executive board member and senior researcher for the Sala Traju Association, which promotes legal education amongst the Cambodian public. She is fluent in Khmer, English, and French.
