Diana advises international companies on their market entry and corporate matters, including implementation of changes in capital and corporate structures.

She has led the local team on some of largest M&A deals in the Bulgarian financial services sector. She also has considerable experience in infrastructure projects, having advised the project sponsors of a large gas infrastructure project and, more recently, the investors in the Sofia airport concession.

Diana has almost 20 years of post-qualification practical experience grained in the local offices of large international law firms. Prior to that she held a senior position in KPMG, Bulgaria.
