Trench Rossi Watanabe draws on its expertise in tax, corporate, family, and compliance law to support clients with succession planning matters. The team is led by Clarissa Giannetti Machado, Giuliana Schunck, and Fernanda Haddad. Machado brings extensive international tax planning and wealth management experience; Schunck focuses on issues at the intersection of family law, inheritance law, and dispute resolution; Haddad regularly advises family management offices on succession planning involving both domestic and international investments. Flávia Gerola left the firm in February 2025.
