Trench Rossi Watanabe

Bringing together transactional, advisory and litigation experts, the administrative law practice at Trench Rossi Watanabe is proficient in dealings with the public administration and governmental entities. The team is adept at advising on public procurement procedures, PPPs, concessions of public services, regulatory matters and public law disputes. The team is co-led by Heloisa Uelze, who specialises in public sector litigation, including cases related to regulated sectors and those heard before public agencies and the superior courts. Fellow co-head Henrique Frizzo focuses on public law and life sciences mandates.  Bruno Duarte specialises in negotiations with governmental and regulatory agencies, as well as state-controlled companies and other public entities.
