Following the incorporation of former Souto Correa Advogados’ oil and gas specialists in September 2023, Veirano Advogados has strengthened its oil and gas offering, building a strong reputation in natural gas-related regulatory, contractual and project implementation and structuring matters. With a strong following of service providers and producers, transporters, marketers, gas distributors, and large consumers, the group is also active in petroleum derivatives, as well as in the emerging biogas and hydrogen sectors. Ali El Hage Filho, whose wide-ranging expertise includes large-scale projects and transactions, co-leads the practice with Lívia Amorim, who focuses on complex regulatory issues, infrastructure assets deals and contracts. At the associate level, Tito Rosa is experienced in ANP bidding rounds, contracts, administrative litigation and regulatory consulting, while Arthur Lardosa advises on regulatory matters across natural gas, biomethane, biogas, gas-to-wire, fuel and biofuel.
