The dispute resolution team practice at Gumucio & Abogados continues to grow, advising its clients on civil and criminal litigation, as well as constitutional and agro-environmental processes. The firm represents clients across a wide range of sectors, such as automotive, retail, and oil and gas. Practice co-head Daniel Gumucio specialises in complex civil litigation and labour disputes. Also leading the team is Ximena Gumucio, who has experience in administrative, judicial and constitutional litigation. In 2025, the firm welcomed Bruno Fernando Cuéllar as a new partner, who was previously a senior associate at Ferrere. He brings expertise in complex negotiation, mediation and conciliation processes, and a particular strength for recovering overdue debt.
