Kinstellar launched its Austrian competition practice in April 2025, with FDI/FSR specialist Agnes Lackenberger joining from Binder Grösswang and Sebastian Reiter, formerly of bpv Hügel, taking up headship of the newly formed team in February 2026 and assisting with matters of domestic and EU competition law.
