Senior Associate

Agnes Lackenberger is a Senior Associate in the Vienna office. She has extensive experience in transactional matters, including foreign direct investment (FDI), the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR), and merger control.

In addition, Agnes regularly advises on internal investigations, dawn raids, and a wide range of compliance issues. She has gained valuable experience in the implementation of the Unfair Trading Practices Directive and has supported clients across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on the retail, energy, and automotive industries.
