The practice is led by a highly experienced arbitrator in Irene Welser, whose recent work includes post-transactional, shareholder and contractual arbitration proceedings under VIAC, Swiss and LCIA rules, while Holger Bielesz leads as counsel on international disputes and enforcement proceedings. Samuel Farokhnia-Mimnagh joined the firm in May 2025, having trained at Matheson LLP, and the practice also integrates the experience of lawyers from across several CEE nations.
