Samuel  is a qualified Irish solicitor with close to a decade of experience in conducting international arbitration. He routinely acts as counsel in commercial arbitrations under a variety of institutional rules (such as the ICC, VIAC and LCIA rules) as well as in investment arbitrations.

Sam has specialized in arbitrating large energy, construction and complex manufacturing disputes, as well as those in the pharmaceutical and advertising sectors. As part of CERHA HEMPEL’s arbitration team, Sam frequently works with local counsel in other jurisdictions to coordinate effective arbitration strategies as part of CERHA HEMPEL’s one-stop shop arbitration offering.
