Work highlights

Advised HMC Capital on the disposal of two large format retail assets in Victoria: (1) HomeCo Epping – comprising the HomeCo centre and a large vacant development site, and (2) HomeCo Ballarat, for a combined value of $124m.
Advising Frasers on titling and project sales for a new master-planned community development in Queensland, comprising multi-stage residential land releases and community infrastructure, with a project value of A$500m.
