Having previously served as the director of the Banking & Finance Department and joint head of the Project Finance Division in one of South Africa’s largest law firms; Clare also has the foresight, composure and resourcefulness to expertly steer a project through myriad challenges. Whether advising on complex transactions, maintaining client relationships or mentoring junior members of her team – Clare always brings a high level of focus and dedication to the task at hand.
Clare is Vice Chair of the Asia Pacific Forum of the International Bar Association.
