Baker McKenzie’s equity capital markets practice is recognised for its capabilities advising on the breadth of ECM mandates. The team is well-regarded for its work handling high-value equity offerings. The practice has a strong securities specialism also, and provides multi-jurisdictional advice across various markets therein. Melbourne-based partners Rick Troiano and Richard Lustig co-lead the group. Derek Pocock acts extensively on corporate transactions, primarily in the energy and resources and technology spaces.
