
Situated within a globally integrated office network, Baker McKenzie's Buenos Aires-based TMT practice advises and represents leading global telecom, media and technology companies in a broad range of TMT-related matters. In the technology sector the practice has expertise in outsourcing arrangements between corporate and IT services, IT procurement and M&A; in the media segment it handles both contentious and non-contentious advertising, and marketing issues; while in the telecom space it provides comprehensive advice on multimedia agreements and licencing activities. The team has also established significant expertise in advising on regulations related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The practice is collaboratively led by three partners: Guillermo Cervio, who has over three decades' experience in the field and advises clients on contractual issues and corporate information technology and communication matters; Martín Roth, who advises clients on e-commerce, cybersecurity and privacy related matters; and Roberto Grané who focuses on M&A transactions involving tech companies. Associate support in provided by semi-senior Valentina Biondi (who returned to the firm in 2025 after a scholarship in London), and junior Catalina Beñatena . Associate Agustín Gastaldi moved to Estudio Alegría, Buey Fernández, Fissore y Montemerlo in June 2025.
