At Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani, the tax department works closely with their energy and banking and finance team on infrastructure financing, renewable energy investments and advising clients on regulatory matters. The team is also well equipped to handle international tax planning, tax-free corporate restructuring and tax asset planning. The practice group is co-led by experienced partners Gastón Armando Miani, who specialises in tax litigation and representing clients against the tax authorities including the Argentinian supreme court and administrative tax courts, and Leonel Zanotto, who focuses on tax planning and M&A. At the associate level, Ana Ines Do Nizza has extensive experience in corporate tax matters, Micaela Aisenberg focuses on national and international tax practice, and Solange Riesco, who is actively involved in a variety of cases in the field.
