Beccar Varela

The tax practice at Beccar Varela represents domestic and international clients on an array of tax matters including tax litigation, tax planning, double taxation agreements, transfer pricing and tax-free reorganisations among many others. The team adopts a multidisciplinary approach and collaborates with other departments within the firm such as their white-collar practice on compliance and investigation matters. The department is co-led by experienced partners Santiago Montezanti, who advises clients on complex tax issues such as international tax planning and tax-free reorganisations, and Enrique López Rivarola, who handles complex tax litigation related to the fintech and crypto industries. At the associate level, María de los Ángeles Olano and María Luján Callaci are actively involved in tax litigation cases and regularly advise clients on various tax matters.
