Wiener Soto Caparrós advises some of the largest multinational consumer products companies operating in Argentina on a broad range of labour and employment matters, with particular strength in labour relations, collective bargaining, hiring procedures, workforce reductions, compensation structures, and M&A-related employment issues. The practice is also experienced in employment litigation. Practice head Gonzalo Soto, who has over two decades of experience in labour and employment law, specialises in collective bargaining and union conflict resolution for multinational clients.
