Berton Moreno IP Law advises major corporations - particularly those in the tech, automotive and fashion industries - on defending their intangible assets across the full breadth of IP segments, including designs, slogans, internet domain names and established trade marks. The practice also handles the gamut of disputes issues, from mediation, negotiations and amicable settlements, where possible, to the defence of clients' IP rights in administrative and judicial proceedings. The team also guides clients involved in advertising on confidentiality and trade mark usage, and the securing of licensing agreements to avoid the risk of disputes. Practice heads Alberto Berton-Moreno Jr, Juan Berton Moreno and Ricardo Amigo are all deeply experienced in patent and trade mark prosecution, along with general portfolio management. Up-and-coming figures in from the 30-strong associate bench include seniors Mariam Omran (advisory across the full breadth of IP matters, plus litigation) and Diana Vera Caspary (copyright); and intermediate Agostina Salamone.
