An eminent intellectual property player, Noetinger & Armando is particularly skilled at drafting and prosecuting patent applications. During company acquisitions, the practice advises on the transfer of IP portfolios, including the necessary licensing agreements and the recording of assignments in all applicable jurisdictions. More generally, the lawyers also assist with the registration of trade marks, copyright and domain names, as well as handling infringement matters and enforecemt via administrative and judicial proceedings. The department is led by firm co-founder, Fernando Noetinger, who is deeply exerienced in complex IP matters, including rejected patent applications. His fellow practice co-heads include patents and life sciences practitioner, Mariana Bullrich; intellectual and industrial property lawyers, Matías Noetinger and Miguel Armando; and data privacy, advertising and new technologies' specialist, Pablo Armando. At associate level, key support is provided by senior Tomás Paternostro, who heads up the Argentine trade mark and domain names enforcement division.
