A 12-strong IP boutique, Ojam IP was established following the August 2025 dissolution of the former Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum. Founding partner Juan Carlos Ojam is a 30-year veteran of the sector, and a former IP practice head at full-service heavy weights Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani and MCO Abogados; suffice to say his practice covers the gamut of IP matters, with a certain focus on dispute resolution and multinational IP-portfolio strategy design and management. Also at partner level: Mariel Chichisola handles trade marks, patents, industrial designs, copyright and domain names; Paula Galván focuses on complex administrative proceedings, pre-litigation strategies and multi-jurisdictional portfolio management; and Camila Sirianni heads up the dispute resolution and technology & privacy practices.
