Beretta Godoy‘s dispute resolution practice is experienced in representing clients before the courts, administrative authorities, and arbitral tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Justice. The team has experience in acting on behalf of foreign investors in bilateral investment treaty arbitration, as well as in handling international and domestic commercial arbitration, and has particularly strength in representing mining conglomerates and companies in the oil and gas industry.
